Katey and I ran today at the RCU Charity Classic...I ran two miles and Katey ran 1/4 mile in the kids run. We both did great and I was seriously beyond proud of Katey...she is just turning into a little girl right before our eyes...she told me the best part of the race was "getting the medal". Good times and next year I plan to run the 10k instead of the two mile. I was lucky I just ran the two mile race today...super hot and humid out! I am getting my 10 minute miles down to a science these days....trying really hard to get down to 9 minute miles but man it is hard work!
