Why Oh Why do we live here????

Seriously....this snow is insane. It took Joe almost two hours to get our driveway cleared and he looked like a snowman when he got inside...he was very nice though and cleared two other neighbors that don't have a snow blower. Thank you Mom and Dad for your snow blower...we would never have left the house today without it!!! No joke. I finally got to work and almost got stuck in the parking lot...an hour later an email came out telling us we could cheat today and park in Mega's parking lot because it was cleared better. So a fellow employee and I went out to move our cars-we both had to do some fancy Wisconsin driving to get out of the lot! It is windy and the snow is drifting so high...one of my members said they have five foot snow drifts in their driveway! WHY DO WE LIVE HERE????!!!! But you know what is really terrible...the most sick part of all of this? I am actually secretly happy we have snow for Christmas. And there was a small part of me that enjoyed tredging through the snow to get to my car because it reminded me of when I was a kid and LOVED to play outside in the snow...so I guess I am doomed to live here forever. I just wish the snow would melt after a few weeks...not months. Katey is thrilled to play outside and begged all morning to go outside-not today, but we will get out there soon. Lots of winter fun to be had. Tis the season!
