Halloween was a success-the girls enjoyed wearing the costumes (no tears!) and Makenna even kept her cute little Zebra hood up long enough for pictures. We went to visit Nana and Papa and Grandma Grandma was there to see the girls all dressed up. Trick or treating went great-we went to the Laber's house and Katey went trick or treating with Zach and Kendall. This is the second year we did this and I think it will definately be a new tradition. The kids had an absolute blast. The three older kids ran full speed ahead to every house. Katey was of course wearing her high heeled princess shoes so all we could hear was "click click click click click"...it is a miracle that girl didn't trip in the dark and break her nose! Makenna rode in the stroller this year, she wasn't quite big enough to walk up to the houses yet. So we have lots and lots of candy and now every day it is a battle to decide how much and when Katey gets to eat her candy. She is already talking next Halloween and what she wants to be. It is so much fun to live these events through her and to see that sheer excitement in her eyes.
