Last weekend we went to The Mall of America and spent the day at the indoor park full of all of Katey and Makenna's favorite cartoon characters. Katey was lucky enough to meet the love of her young life...DORA. Joe and Katey were first in line and boy was she excited to see these two!
Isn't Makenna getting so big?? This picture just amazes me because she looks so grown up! Makenna is definately developing her personality and learning new tricks all the time. New words, new things all the time. She is a little helper around the house too. Her "job" is to help put Mulligan's leash away when she comes in after going outside...she proudly helps lift the leash up to it's spot and then Makenna is ready to give Mulligan her "teet"...treat:) Makenna and Katey are also getting to be quite the good playmates. Unfortunately along with that comes some trouble...a few nights ago I was sure we would end up in the ER-somehow Makenna flipped herself off the end of the couch and smack down on her face on the floor-she was relatively unharmed, just a little bit scared. How she managed to not break her glasses is beyond me! Of course big sister Katey has no clue what happened...sure.
